Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Standard cancellation: Customers may cancel free of charge if they cancel at least "24 hours" before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellation: A cancellation may be treated as late if it is made less than 24 hours before the appointment and/or a cleaner has already been assigned. PureGlow Cleaning Co reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. The fee may vary depending on the service type, booking duration, and cleaner allocation status. Same-day cancellation: If a customer cancels on the same day as the appointment, a partial service charge may apply, and administrative/cleaner allocation costs may be deducted. NO ACCESS / CUSTOMER ABSENCE POLICY If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property due to incorrect access information, customer absence, or no response, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation or a completed call‑out visit. Charges may apply, including a call‑out fee, partial booking fee, and administrative costs. CLEANER CANCELLATION / UNAVAILABILITY If PureGlow Cleaning Co is unable to fulfil a booking due to a cleaner emergency, operational issue, or scheduling conflict, we will inform you as soon as possible, attempt to provide a replacement cleaner, and offer rescheduling options. You will not be charged.
